Here are some common questions about my jewelry and your purchases. Feel free to email me with any question you do not see here.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you should have any problems with your piece, contact me and I will gladly repair it for you at no charge for normal wear. (I have never had any problems reported and never needed to do that) You will have basic care instructions included in your purchase. It does not include unusual damage from misuse or not following basic care instructions.

Q: What materials are used?

A: I only use top grade, non-toxic, lead-free silver solder. The pieces are made from two pieces of glass with the artwork/vintage papers encased in the middle. They are double-sided.  All pieces specify if the items used in the design are actual vintage items or replicas. About 75% of my designs are made from actual  vintage ephemera. You will  own a piece of preserved history with most items being over 100 years old.

Q: My piece doesn't look as shiny as it did before. What can I do?

A: First of all, it's best to keep it in the plastic bag that it arrived in when you're not wearing it. Remember, it is made from silver and may tarnish eventually. If you notice some tarnishing, buff it with a treated cloth to it's original shine, but never use water. It can seep under the glass and destroy the artwork.

Q: What type of shipping service do you use and how fast will I receive my jewelry?

A: I use USPS and I ship priority only. Shipping is free in the continental U.S. I ship out within 2 days of purchase, sometimes I even ship same day if the order is placed in the morning. It should take a week and a half at the longest depending on where you live from the time of purchase with most receiving their purchase in 4 days or less.

Q: Can you ship directly to a gift recipient?

A: No problem. I will gladly ship within the continental U.S. wherever you would like it shipped with a card included. Just make sure you email me the specifics at the time of your purchase. I package beautifully so that it is ready for gift-giving or just a special treat for yourself. My main goal is customer satisfaction. I will gladly help in anyway that I can.
